Referral - Terms and Conditions

To participate the BISJHINTUS members and Referred Friends must agree to these Referral Terms, which become part of the BISNJHINTUS Terms.

  1. Mode of sharing the referral link-

The referral link can only be shared via email or directly to the interested party. Referral codes are the property of BISJHINTUS and cannot be displayed or shared on a public platform or a social media site using paid marketing and/or sponsored ads and BISJHINTUS reserves the right to cancel any and all referral points where it finds evidence of such activity by the Learner.

  1. Referral rewards-

The reward for the referrals will be in the form of a gift and not in cash and any extra charges apart from the base price of the gift will be borne by learners himself and the company will not be liable for that.

  1. Privacy policy-

Any personal details provided in connection with the Referral Program will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the company and it is important that you carefully read and understand this information provided in the privacy policy.

  1. Time limit, terms of validity-

Duration and validity of the referral points completely depends upon the discretion of the company from the time of generation of the referral points.  

Only one Referral Link can be used per transaction even if the referred friend has multiple referral links.

  1. Right to termination-

  • BISJHINTUS can terminate the Referral Program or a person’s ability to participate at any time for any reason and without notice.
  • BISJHINTUS reserves the right to suspend accounts, refuse a transaction if we notice any activity, we believe fraudulent, improper, or unlawful or if we have reason to assume you are in breach of these Referral Terms.
  • BISJHINTUS reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fit and appropriate.

  1. Change to terms and conditions-

BISJHINTUS reserves the right to, at all times, amend these Referral Terms by publishing an amended version on the BISJHINTU’S website.

You are free to decide whether or not to accept a revised version of these Referral Terms (as otherwise expressly stated by the company) and if you do not agree to any revised version of these Referral Terms, your sole option is to stop your participation in the Referral Program.

  1. Liability of the company-

The company will not be liable for any loss or destruction of the referral points until and unless it was because of the negligence on the company’s part.

  1. Fraudulent or Suspicious behaviour-

If the company observes any fraudulent or suspicious behaviour on the part of the referrer the company has all the right to terminate the referral points and make them zero.

  1. Severability-

In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be held by a court or any competent authority to be unenforceable, the remaining portions hereof shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. Applicable law and dispute resolution-

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute relating in any way to this Agreement shall be adjudicated in courts in Mangalore (Karnataka).

  1. Miscellaneous-

Certain substances in the Application/Services/Website/items (specifically identifying with help with arrangements for authoritative administrations) may contain feelings and perspectives. The www.bisjhintus.com will not be answerable for such suppositions or any cases coming about because of them.   • Waiver -

  • Relationship -

You recognize that your investment on the Application, doesn't make you a representative or organization or association or joint endeavor or establishment of the Company. BISJHINTUS gives these Terms so you know about the terms that apply to your utilization of the Website/Application and Services. You recognize that the BISJHINTUS has offered you a sensible chance to audit these Terms and that you have consented to them.
